For individuals who understand the importance of time management they make every minute count and achieve all they want during the day. However, for individuals who don't appreciate the value of time simply waste their day and as a result become cunctators, achieving nothing and speculating where they lost their day.
These kinds of individuals think that there will be a plenty of time to do it later. For people who tend to be cunctators it will be essential for them to prioritize, to set goals, to plan, to systematize, and to make strategies depending on what requirements to be done.
It will be required to perform each task with priority and to find out what time they have accessible for each particular work. They can make use of daytimers, datebook, and To-do list to help them do their task efficiently on time. These types of individuals do not know the importance of time management.
List making:
Make a To-do list and follow it in your day to day work. Those who condemn list makers state that they do not get everything done on their lists. Usually they often just put things over to the previous day particularly if they do not really want to accomplish them. However if you do not make a list at all you will not attempt to do it at any cost.

When you have a catalog in hand you can take a quick look of what is completed, what still has to be finished and where small tasks can be done in segments in the given time and bigger tasks done when you have more time.
Understanding the importance of time management will let most of us with hectic programs to have more time to do those things which we really take pleasure in doing.
