Chicken cordon bleu recipe with mushrooms

If you want to impress your household and close friends having a sophisticated, yet simple to cook dish, try this chicken cordon bleu recipe. The ingredients for this recipe are: boneless and skinless chicken breast, challenging cheese, ham, two eggs, vegetable oil, white flower, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onions, mushrooms, some sour cream. The first step would be to prepare the chicken breasts. Cut them in medium size pieces and pound the pieces properly, until they become really thin. Add salt and pepper to every single piece of meat, and then place slices of cheese and ham on them. Roll each piece of chicken breast using the ham as well as the cheese inside and secure them with toothpicks. Take the eggs and mix them properly, in a large bowl. Get two plates. On 1 plate you place the white flour, on the other plate you place the breadcrumbs. Every single roll is covered with white flour 1st, subsequent with the battered eggs and finally using the breadcrumbs. Now the rolls are ready to be fried. Take a large frying pan and add some vegetable oil. Don't use butter or olive oil: they burn at low temperatures and they're not suitable for deep-frying. The best vegetable oils for frying are sunflower oil and palm tree oil. Place the chicken cordon bleu rolls in the heated oil from the frying pan and leave them to cook for about 7 or 8 minutes. When they are done, place them on paper towels to eliminate the excess oil.

A great side dish for this chicken cordon bleu recipe is mushroom sauce. When cooking dinner, you need to commence using the side dish, due to the fact the cordon bleu is tasty even though it is genuinely hot. So, take the mushrooms (champignons are the very best for that dish) and cut them in halves. Chop the onions very finely, pour some oil in a wok, add the onions and then the mushrooms. Preserve the heat at a medium level for about ten minutes. Once the mushrooms and the onions grow to be tender, add three or four tablespoons of sour cream. Leave the pan on the stove for yet another minute, than add salt, pepper and fresh parsley towards the composition. This mushroom sauce is best for the chicken cordon bleu.
